The ideal candidate requires strong team leadership experience in the transportation delivery industry or a similar fast-paced logistics/distribution environment as you will be: Maximise the weekly, monthly and annual performance of the operation through strong leadership, effective operational performance and a motivated workforce. Daily management of an outbound parcel delivery operation supporting our Milton-Keynes Fulfillment Center. Management, control and direction of receiving, parcel sortation, and delivery functions within a delivery depot environment.
